Prof. Dr. Alpay Er Appointed as Chair of the FDI Design Committee

Prof. Alpay Er, Head of the Industrial Design Department at Özyeğin University, has been appointed as the Chair of the Design Committee for Furnishings & Design Istanbul (FDI), the first-ever sector-focused design fair in Türkiye, held from September 19-21, 2024, under the auspices of the Federation of Furniture Associations (MOSFED). In addition to shaping the overall structure of the FDI Talks program organized as part of the fair, Prof. Er personally moderated two panels. Meanwhile, Prof. Şebnem Timur from the Industrial Design Program at our university also served as a panel moderator at the event.
